Hints of a thin silver lining to an otherwise very, very dark cloud.
Always an author worth the time, Chalmers Johnson hits one out of the park in this
must-read in full essay looking at the Pentagon’s unholy trinity of cost-benefit-utility (and identifying some of its all too frequent and all too common structural and inertial irrationality).
